A healthy diet
Before chewing fat-rich foods, blood cells pass through the blood vessels without any problems and are bounced from one another. An hour after consuming a fatty meal of the cell, they begin to look beautiful and form small clumps. How the clotting progresses and the flow of blood slows down. Six hours after a meal, the condition is very serious and in some blood vessels, blood does not flow at all. Only after a few hours the lump break and the blood starts to run back to the tissue. Many people consume foods rich in fats even three times a day and thus limit the flow of blood. Accordingly, during the day the tissue is poorly supplied with oxygen, as well as other nutrients.
Fats that are fed with food are the source of energy that can be stored in large quantities in the body for a long period of time. They constitute the basic material needed for the construction of the tissue of our body.

The average Western diet provides 42% of calories in the form of fat and 24% in refined sugar. In the diet of people in rich countries, fat is the main source of concentrated calories, most often from products that contain only “empty calories” and a minimum (or sometimes little) of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and fiber.

A damaged immune system may be one of the reasons why obesity, which is usually a direct consequence of consuming high-fat foods, is associated with an increased risk of infectious diseases.

Herbal supplements have low-fat content
